WSL Mask 254 hereFilters Unlimited 2.0 - optional

This tutorial was written assuming you have knowledge of PSP.
~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~
Open a 700 X 700 transparent canvas. Flood fill white.
New Raster layer. Select All. Copy Paper of choice and Paste into Selection. Apply the mask. Merge group.
Effect/Plugs-Ins/Filters Unlimited 2.0
Choose Paper Textures and then Papyrus
Use default settings and apply.
Copy and paste the Bamboo Frame as a new layer. Resize 15%.
Click inside the frame with your Magic Wand.
Select/Modify/Expand by 4. Copy and paste your image beneath the frame layer. Invert/Delete/Select None. You can use your Target brush to color the flowers in the corners to a color of your choice if you wish.
Close out your white canvas and merge visible.
Copy and paste the Palm Tree as a new layer behind the frame layer. Resize 40%. Colorize if you wish. Duplicate and move down slightly and to the right so that tips of the palm fronds peek out from behind the frame. Once happy, duplicate and mirror.
Copy and paste as new layers Shells 1, 2, and 3. To each one resize 10% and again 80%. Sharpen each 3 times and place where you choose.
Copy and paste as a new layer one of the flip flops. Use your Target Tool to colorize if you wish. Resize 15%. Free rotate left 20 degrees. Sharpen. Duplicate/mirror and place where you choose.
Add any other elements you choose, resizing, and coloring if you want.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer above the frame layer.
Add your copyrights.
Add your name.
Resize all layers to a tag size you like.
