Time to Animate:
Open the animation I supplied in Animation Shop.
View/Normal Viewing.
Ctrl + A to highlight all the frames.

Go back into PSP. Close out all your layers.
Starting with your white canvas, open that one up and work your way up your layers, opening them all up until you reach the Paper Background layer and stop there. DO NOT OPEN UP THE PAPER BACKGROUND.
Copy Merge.

Carry into AS. Ctrl + L until you have 7 frames.
Ctrl + A.

Go back into PSP and open up the Paper Background layer. Study it and remember as closely as possibly where it is on the canvas.

Go back into AS. Highlight the Animated water I supplied. Ctrl + A. Copy.

Highlight the frames you just created from your canvas. Be sure all the frames are highlighted. Ctrl + E. Position the animated water where you recall it being.

Go back into PSP. Close out all the layers again. Starting with the frame JUST ABOVE the Paper Background layer, open them all up. Copy Merge. Carry into AS.

Be sure the working canvas is active and all frames are highlighted. Click on the Propagate Paste icon at the top of the screen (it looks like folders with the top right corners bent down). Position the rest of your tag over the animated water.

Again, making sure all the frames are highlighted -

Change the number to 25

View your animation. If you’re happy then save.
