At the End of the Day

Supplies

1 tube of - I used the artwork of Sonia Roji at MPT - this particular tube can be found in the freebie section.
Font of Choice - I used Luna Bar here
Becky Mask 23 here
This tutorial was created with BlueBird’s portion of the New Beginnings store collaboration kit. This kit is available for FREE with an $8 purchase at the store.

This tutorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up a 700 x 700 blank canvas.
Flood fill white.

Copy and paste Frame 3 as a new layer.
Resize 90%
Use your Magic Wand and click inside the frame - be sure to click inside just below the ribbon, too.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 6.
New Raster layer below the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 3 Into Selection.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer below the frame.
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.

Close out your white background.
Merge Visible.
Reopen your white background.
Duplicate the merged layer.
Close out the duplicate - we’ll come back to that layer in a bit.

Add your embellishments. I used:
Choose a ribbon of choice: Free rotate Left 30 degrees
Choose another ribbon: Free rotate Left 10 degrees
Heart Charm of choice
Bug of choice: Resize 40%/Duplicate/Free rotate Left 70%

Highlight your white background.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 2 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.

Open up the duplicated Merged Layer.
Move it to the left - in your layer’s pallet move just above the mask layer and move it so that you can see the face just above the ribbons.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.
Change the Properties to Soft Light.

Type your name
Give it a slight inner bevel 2x:


Add your credit.

Resize all layers 80%
