This tutorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.
~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~
Open up a 700 x 700 blank canvas.
Flood fill white.
Copy and paste Round Frame as a new layer.
Move slightly to the right on your canvas.
Click inside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 4
New Raster layer below the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 10 Into Selection.
Copy and paste Riley CU1 as a new layer below the frame.
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Add your embellishments. I used:
Riley CU1
Flwr2: Resize 30%
Flwr1: Resize 30% and 70%
Doodle 2
Highlight your white canvas.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 6 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.
Add your copyrights.
Add your name:
Apply Eyecandy 3.1 - Glow:
Width: 3
Opacity: 100%
Opacity Drop off: Fat
Color: White
OK
Resize all layers 80%.
