This tutorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.

~♥~ Let’s get started ~♥~

Open up the template.
Shift + D.
Close out the original.
Image/Canvas size:
700 x 650
Highlight Background layer.
Flood fill white.
Delete the top 3 layers and Blk Rec layer.

Highlight Lt Grey Square layer.
Click on it with our Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 1 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Give it a slight Inner Bevel:

Highlight Purple Circle layer.
Click on it with our Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 2 Into Selection.
Copy and paste Swag 1 as a new layer.
Resize 70%
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.

Highlight Grey Rec layer.
Click on it with our Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 14 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Give it the same Inner Bevel.

Highlight Pink Rec layer.
Click on it with our Magic Wand.
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 15 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Delete the template layer.
Give it the same slight Inner Bevel.

Add your elements.  I used:
Wreath 2:  Position behind the rec layer.
Wreath 2 again:  Resize 102%/Position behind the circle layer.
Birds on Branch:  Resize 70%
Holly and Bells:  Resize 50%
Pretty Bow 2: Resize 40%
Poinsettia with Banner
Santa Claus:  Resize 70%

Crop your Image.

Highlight your white canvas.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 12 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Use your Pick Tool and pull the sides out and move the bottom up a little if needed.
Merge Group.

Add your copyrights.

Add your name.

Resize all layers 80%.
