Summer Nights



Supplies

1 tube of choice – I used the artwork of Elias Chatzoudis which can be purchased from PSP Tubes Emporium.  You must have a license to use.

Font of choice – I used Allura here

Gem Mask 136 here

This tutorial was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.

~~ Lets get started ~~

Open up a 700 x 700 blank canvas.
Flood fill white.

Copy and paste Element 30 as a new layer.
Resize 90%
Free rotate Right 75 degrees
Click inside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.
New Raster layer below the frame.
Flood fill with #202020
Apply Greg’s Factory Output Vol. II – Pool Shadow:
Use Default settings.
OK
Copy and paste Element 27 as a new layer below the frame.
Resize 80%
Move into position – see my tag for reference.
Selections/Invert
Tap the delete key.
Deselect.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.

Add your elements.  I used:
Element 21:  Resize 70% - Move into position and then apply Pool Shadow effect – same settings.
Element 21 again:  Resize 40% - move into position and apply Pool Shadow effect – same settings.
Element 22:  Duplicate
Element 12:  Resize 25%/Duplicate/Resize 70%/Use Pick Tool to turn a little
Element 17:  Resize 50%/Free rotate Right 75 degrees/Mirror/Duplicate/Resize 70%

Highlight your white background.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and paste Paper 2 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Adjust/Blur/Gaussian Blur:
Radius: 11
OK
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.

Add your credits.

Add your name.
Foreground and Background: #373951
Stroke: .5
Type your name.
Convert to Raster layer.
Apply Eyecandy 3.1 – Glow:
Width: 3
Opacity: 100
Opacity Drop Off: Fat
Color: White
OK

Resize all layers 80%.
