Ballerina


Supplies Needed

1 tube of choice – I used the wonderful artwork of Tezza’s Dezignz and can be purchased from MysticalScraps.  You must have a license to use.

Font of choice – Despair here

“Alopecia Awareness” is a tagger size freebie scrap kit created by myself and can be downloaded from my blog here
  
This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP. 

~~ Let’s get started ~~

Open up a 700 x 700 blank canvas.
Flood fill white.

Copy and paste AA_4 as a new layer.
Resize 90%
Click inside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.
New Raster layer below the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 1 Into Selection.
Deselect.

New Raster layer.
Make your Selection Tool active set on Rectangle and create a 250 x 475 pixel rectangle.
Copy and paste Paper 5 Into Selection.
Deselect and move this into position behind the left side of the circle – see my tag for reference.
Click anywhere outside of the paper with your Magic Wand.
Selection/Invert
Selections/Modify/Contract by 5
New Raster layer.
Copy and paste Paper 7 Into Selection.
Deselect.

Duplicate each paper layer.
Resize the green paper 85% and move into position – see my tag for reference.
Resize the Gold paper 85% and 90% and move into position over the green paper – see my tag for reference.

Copy and paste AA_4 as a new layer just above your white canvas layer.
Move into position – see my tag for reference.
Click inside of it with your Magic Wand.
Selections/Modify/Expand by 4.
New Raster layer below the frame.
Copy and paste Paper 9 Into Selection.
Deselect.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
Move into position – see my tag for reference.

Copy and paste AA_3 as a new layer.
Resize 35%
Duplicate
Position both elements at the right side of the right rectangle - see my tag for reference.
Merge Visible both element layers.
Duplicate.
Position it over the left rectangle – see my tag for reference.
Duplicate
Erase what overhangs the rectangle.

Copy and paste AA_6 as a new layer.
Resize 75%
Duplicate/Mirror
Resize 80%

Copy and paste AA_12 as a new layer.
Resize 40%

Crop your tag but leave a little room at the top and bottom – see my tag.

Highlight your white background.
New Raster layer.
Select All.
Copy and Paper 1 Into Selection.
Deselect.
Apply the mask.
Merge Group.
Duplicate

Add your copyrights.

Add your name.
Color Pallet:
Foreground:  #000000
Background: #a0aa69
Close out the background layer for now.

Make your Ellipse Tool active set on Circle.
Line Style: Solid
Width: 2
Make a circle a little bit bigger than the large Circle frame.
Open up the Background color in your color pallet.
Make your Text Tool active.
Move your mouse along the top of the circle you just made until you see a Rocking A, then click your mouse.
A Text box will appear.
Type your name in the box, hit the space bar once.
Highlight your name and the space.
Right Click
Choose Copy.
Click your mouse so that it’s no longer highlighted.
Press Ctrl + V (to paste your name)
Keep pressing Ctrl + V until your name is all the way around the circle – (it’s alright if your name overlaps at the bottom because we’ll be erasing that part).
Click on the + sign in your layers pallet.
Click on the eye of the New Ellipse Layer.
Right Click your mouse on the Vector 1 layer – choose Convert to Raster layer.
Give your circle of names a slight Inner Bevel:

Resize all layers 85%.
